The macro-photography exhibition “LIFE BEETLES: Big Little Ones” aims to encourage the public to get to know the details of the project’s target species better, in depth, namely the Ironclade Beetle (𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘱𝘩𝘪𝘶𝘴 𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘴), the Ground Beetles 𝘗𝘴𝘦𝘶𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘶𝘴 𝘢𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘰𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘴 and 𝘛𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘶𝘴 𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘢𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘴, as well as other insects.
It will be on display at Paul da Praia da Vitória until 15 January, next to the children’s playground. This exhibition can be visited independently by the general public.
Schools can request a visit accompanied by environmental education technicians from the Regional Secretariat for the Environment and Climate Change, through the School Environmental Awareness Activities Offer, available via the link: https://www.lifebeetlesazores.com/educacao-ambiental/.
